You must be at least 18 years old or use the site with consent from a legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining credential security, and all activity under your account.

Product images, descriptions, and prices are provided in good faith. Because each piece is handcrafted, natural variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur. We may refuse or cancel an order before confirmation for stock shortage, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or legal compliance reasons.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers. Final order totals, discounts, taxes, shipping, wallet, points, and promotional adjustments are validated by our server-side systems.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs, carrier performance, or force majeure. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items, repairs, and after-sales services are governed by the policies displayed on the relevant site pages and by mandatory consumer law where applicable.

Custom, engraved, and DIY pieces are made to your specifications. Changes or cancellations may be limited after production preparation begins. Where mandatory consumer law grants non-waivable rights, those rights remain unaffected.

BaZi and Five Element analysis is offered as a cultural and styling reference. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or investment advice and does not guarantee wealth, health, luck, relationships, or life outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on the analysis.

All text, images, designs, logos, seals, videos, algorithms, product names, and brand materials on the site are owned by The Wu Lab or its licensors. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, scrape, or commercially use them without written permission.

You may not violate law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with site security, use bots or scrapers, upload malicious code, impersonate others, submit fraudulent orders, or resell products without authorization.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or product warranties required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, The Wu Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a product or service claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

You agree to indemnify The Wu Lab, its affiliates, personnel, and service providers against claims arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. We encourage good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.

Jewelry may contain small parts and is not intended for children or pets. Keep pieces away from children and animals unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Customers with metal sensitivity, nickel sensitivity, skin reactions, or allergies should review material information before purchase or contact care@thewulab.com. Where legally required, material, lead, cadmium, nickel, or Proposition 65-style notices may be provided on product pages, packaging, or checkout.

Shipping dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local compliance checks may apply unless checkout clearly says they are included. If shipment is delayed beyond a period that creates mandatory cancellation or refund rights, we will provide the notices and options required by applicable law.

The Wu Lab Balance Fund is a brand giving program, not a customer donation platform at checkout. Purchases are not tax-deductible charitable donations for customers unless a future official receipt or campaign clearly states otherwise. Unless expressly stated, The Wu Lab is not representing itself as a registered charity, and ordinary purchases do not create a one-product-one-beneficiary relationship.
