The Wu Lab is committed to making this website accessible to every visitor, regardless of ability, device, assistive technology, or network condition. We use WCAG 2.1 AA as our working standard and treat accessibility as an ongoing operational discipline.
1. Our Commitments
We use semantic page structure, visible labels, meaningful image alternatives, keyboard-accessible core actions, and contrast targets aligned with WCAG AA. Critical flows such as browsing, cart, checkout, account access, and customer support are reviewed with accessibility in mind.
2. Known Limitations
The DIY bead designer includes drag-and-drop interactions that are still being improved for full keyboard parity. Some BaZi visualizations may require a written summary for users of assistive technologies; our customer care team can provide one on request.
3. Assistive Technology Compatibility
We test core flows across macOS Safari with VoiceOver, iOS Safari with VoiceOver, Windows Chrome with NVDA, and Android Chrome with TalkBack. Browser and assistive-technology combinations evolve, so we continue to retest during major releases.
4. Feedback & Support
If you experience an accessibility barrier or need product information in another format, contact care@thewulab.com. Please include the page URL, the device or assistive technology used, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
5. Third-Party Services
Payment, shipping, analytics, and social platforms may be operated by third parties. We select partners with mature accessibility practices where possible, but their interfaces and policies remain under their own control.
