We may collect account details, shipping and billing information, order records, payment metadata, customer-service communications, device and usage data, language preferences, and any BaZi birth data you voluntarily enter for Five Element analysis.

We process information to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention and site security, and, where required, based on your consent for marketing, non-essential cookies, and optional BaZi analysis.

Birth date, time, and place can be sensitive. By default, BaZi inputs are used to generate your analysis and are designed to remain local unless a feature clearly states otherwise. We do not use this data for advertising profiling or sell it to third parties.

We use necessary cookies for cart, login, security, and checkout. Analytics and marketing technologies are used only where permitted by law and your settings. You may manage cookies in your browser or through any consent tools presented on the site.

We share information only as needed with providers that support payment processing, shipping, email delivery, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support, and business operations. These providers must process information under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate deletion steps.

The Wu Lab does not sell personal information for money and does not share BaZi birth data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted by law or your consent. Every promotional email should include a practical unsubscribe method. Transactional emails about orders, accounts, security, or service updates may still be sent when necessary.

Non-essential analytics, advertising, and social tracking technologies are used only where permitted by applicable law and your choices. Where legally required and technically supported, we honor valid privacy preference signals and provide a way to manage cookie choices.

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, or similar non-essential tags are not intended to load until you allow the relevant cookie category, unless a law in your region permits a more limited use. If enabled, these tools may process page URLs, event data such as page views or checkout steps, device and browser information, IP-derived location, and campaign identifiers. We do not intentionally send full payment card details, passwords, or BaZi birth data to advertising platforms. Enhanced matching or server-side advertising events should not be enabled unless separately disclosed and legally supported.

You can accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or customize analytics, advertising, personalization, and sale/share choices through the cookie settings on the site. We store your choice locally so the site can remember it.
