We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, size choice, or natural material variation. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact care@thewulab.com within 7 days of delivery, unless mandatory consumer law gives you a longer non-waivable period.

How to Report Damage

Please email your order number, photos of the parcel packaging, and clear photos or video of the issue before wearing the piece. Keep the original packaging until our team has reviewed the claim.

Custom and DIY Pieces

Custom, DIY, resized, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are final sale once preparation or production begins, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Resolution

Eligible damage or fulfillment issues may be resolved with repair, replacement, store credit, or refund after review. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
